立足山西省,通过对医药信息资源的战略思考,试图从医药信息资源的评估内容分析、评估体系的内容分析以及建立评估体系的关键问题等方面建立医药信息资源评估体系,并提出建立该体系所具有的重要的战略意义和现实意义。

Based on their strategic thinking on the medical information resources in Shanxi Province, the authors intend to develop an evaluation system of medical information resources including evaluation contents, terms of the evaluation system and the other relevant key terms. They also describe the great strategic and current significance of developing the system.
