摘要
分析了目前军队图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,并从管理理念的转变、人力资源管理的制度建设、组织文化的构建等方面探讨了军队图书馆人力资源管理的发展趋势。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the human resource management in mihtary libraries and explores the trend of the human resource management in terms of transformation of management ideas, system development, and formation of organizational culture and so on.
