摘要
在酸性介质中,吡拉西坦能够阻抑过硫酸钾氧化荧光桃红的荧光淬灭反应,从而建立了阻抑动力学荧光法测定吡拉西坦含量的新方法,吡拉西坦的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在0.016-0.112g·mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.52%,方法的检出限为为2.8×10^-3g·mL^-1.该法简便、快速,结果可靠,并应用于药物制剂中吡拉西坦含量的测定,结果令人满意.
An inhibitory Kinetic Fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of piracetam , The proposed method is based on the inhibitory effect of piracetam on the reaction of K28208 oxidation of berberine, catalyzed in citric acid/sodium citrate buffer solution medium, The detection limit for ampicillin is 2.8×10^-3 g·mL^-1, The linear range of the determination is 0.016-0.112g· mL^-1. This method has been used successfully to determine piracetam troche.
