高等院校科技扶贫模式探讨

Research on model of college helping the poorer with science & technology

为提高科技在扶贫中的作用,增强科技扶贫工作的针对性和可操作性,运用系统分析的方法,总结了科技扶贫的强调自我发展、引入竞争机制、注重技术、治愚与治穷结合、实行合力扶贫等特点;归纳了输出科技人才、传播科技知识、教育扶贫、选配科技副职、师生社会实践、现代远程教育、公司+农户+高校+政府和高校科研机构+小额信贷共8个具体模式。

In order to improve the scientific and technological role in anti-poverty, strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the scientific and technological anti-poverty project, five characteristics of the scientific and technological antipoverty project were summarized with systematic analysis method,including self-development,introduction of competitive system,paying attention to technology combination of manage foolish with manage poor,the implementation with joint forces helping the poorer and so on. Eight specific patterns were proposed in this paper, including exportation of skilled personnel,the dissemination of science and technology knowledge, the education helping the poorer, selected and matched the technical deputy, social practice of teachers and students, modern tele-education, the＂ company ＋ peasant household ＋ university ＋ government and the university scientific research institution ＋ jot credit＂.
