摘要
本试验采用HPLC法对糖类化合物进行了测定,选用氨基柱/乙腈/水体系,分析高麦芽糖的最佳条件为79%,乙腈为移动相,流速1.0ml/min,柱温40℃.新型甜味剂中含麦芽糖高达70.2%.采用83%乙腈为移动相分离蜂蜜中的各糖类,定量分析中重复性好,变异系数小于1%,回收率98.25%~106.00%.本试验为糖的标准化分析提供了依据.
The carbohydrate was determined by HPLC. The optimum of analysing high maltose is that 79% acetonitrile is used as moving phase, flow rate is 1. 0 ml/min and column temperature is 40℃. The con-tent of maltose in new梩ype sweetener is up to 70. 20%. The quantitative analysis is of good repeatability, variation coefficient is less than 1% and recovery is 98. 25% ~106. 00% when 83% acetonitrile is used as moving phase to separate carbohydrate from huney. This study provides the basis for standard analysis of car-bohydrate.
