摘要
本文论述了科技成果转化为生产力的重要意义.针对目前我国科技成果转化率低的原因,提出了加速科技成果转化的建设性意见.
The importance of turning sci梩ech achievements into productive force was discussed. Coun-tering the reasones of low conversion of sci梩ech achievements, some suggestions how to accelerate transfor-mation of sci梩ech achievements were put forward.
