摘要
采用石蜡切片法对新疆伊犁地区野生樱桃李花芽分化过程进行观察研究。结果表明,野生樱桃李的花芽形态分化始于6月下旬,从开始花芽分化到雌蕊原基分化形成为止,整个分化时间约持续70 d,可分为未分化期、分化始期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期及雌蕊原基分化期6个时期。6月22日以前处于未分化期,7月初进入分化初期,整个分化初期持续30 d左右,萼片分化期多数在7月中旬进行,花瓣分化集中在8月初进行,约持续18 d;雄蕊分化期也集中在8月初进行,约持续30 d;8月中旬除2.6%的花芽处于雄蕊分化期,其余全部进入雌蕊原基分化期。各分化时期有重叠现象,从开始花芽分化到雌蕊原基分化形成,整个分化时期集中在7月上旬至9月上旬。
In this experiment, the paraffin section method is adapted to observe the developing process of flower bud differentiation of wild cherry plum in Ili, Xinjiang. The results indicated that flower bud differentiation started in late June. From the beginning of the flower bud differentiation to the pistil primordial differentiation, the whole process approximately continues for 70 days. The whole process maybe divided into pre- differentiation stage, the early differentiation stage, sepal primordial differentiation stage, petal primordial differentiation stage, stamen and pistil primordial differentiation stage, Before June 22, flower buds were in a certain condition of non - differentiation, At the beginning of July the flower buds entered the early differentiation stage, this stage lasted about thirty days, In mid -June, most flower buds were found in the sepal primordial differentiation stage, The petal primordial differentiation concentrated at the beginning of August, last about eighteen days. The stamen primordial differentiation stage also concentrated at the beginning of August, last about thirty days, In mid-June, all came into the pistil primordial differentiation stage except 2.6% of flower buds, There was intersectional phenomenon in each differentiation stage. From the starting of the flower bud differentiation to the pistil primordial differentiation, the whole process appears intently from the first ten - day period of July to the first ten- day period of September.
