建立和完善医学教学质量监控体系的实践

The practice in establishing and perfecting the quality controlling system for medical education

建立和完善科学的、合理的医学教学质量监控体系是医学教学质量不断提高的重要保证。我校通过建立学校、二级学院两级教学督导制度和各级人员听课制度,制定系列教学质量标准,坚持三期(学期初、学期中、学期末)教学检查制度三方面实施教学质量监控,确保和提高了教学质量。

Establishment and consummation science, reasonable teaching quality monitoring system guarantees the teaching quality unceasingly enhances. Through establishing the school, two levels of teaching direction system of two levels of institutes and all levels of personnel attending a lecture system; formulating a series of teaching quality specification;persisting three issues （ the beginning of semester, the middle of semester; the terminal） teaching inspection three aspects, our college has improved the teaching quality.
