摘要
实验诊断学是临床医学教育中的一门重要课程,是联系基础医学与临床医学的桥梁。本文针对成人医学教育中学习时间相对较短,内容较多,学生不易理解和掌握,教学难以达到预期效果及成人学员自身的特点,以提高教学质量为目的,对实验诊断学课程的教学内容、考核方法和临床实践模式等方面进行了一些改进和探索,旨在促进成人医学教育实验诊断学课程教学水平的提高。经过几年的教学实践,收到了较好的教学效果。
The laboratory diagnostics is a key course in clinical medical education,it is also an important bridge between basic and clinical medicine. Because of the features on adult education such as the teaching time relatively limited, the more teaching contents and harder to understand for adult students, this course is not only a little difficult for the students to learn well, but also not easy for the teachers to achieve the expected teaching objectives. In order to improve the teaching quality of this course in adult medical education, we have been trying to reform the teaching contents, methods, examinations and the model of clinical practice. Through several years of teaching practice, it has been proved that above methods were effective which can help the adult students to learn the laboratory diagnostics better.
