Tentative Discussion on Household-based Private Enterprises

改革开放20余年来,民营企业不断发展壮大,在国民经济中占据着举足轻重的作用。本文就民营企业的产生原因、存在的优势和劣势,以及需要改革和完善方面进行了初步探讨,以寻求家族式民营企业发展壮大之途径。

In more than 20 years of the reform and opening up, privately -run enterprises are growing steadily and playing a more and more important role in the development of national economy. In the thesis,tentative discussion is held on the following questions： in what circumstances privately- run enterprises was produced,what advantages and disadvantages privately- run enterprises possess, and in what aspects privately - run enterprises can make improvements. Based on the above discussions,the author will be trying to explore the way to make privately - run enterprises further developed and expanded.
