政治文化与政治制度、政治行为有密切的关系,并直接关系到国家政治稳定及其发展。新中国的政治稳定是和毛泽东重塑新中国政治文化分不开的:形成了以毛泽东思想为主导的一元政治文化,参与型政治文化逐渐代替从属型政治文化。为建立更加民主的政治文化奠定了基础。

There is a close relationship between political culture and political system as well as its performance, which has great function in political stability and development of the state. Mao Zedong played an important role in new China＇ s political stability by reconstructing new China＇ s political culture： developing sole political culture directed by Mao Zedong＇ s thought, while participatial political culture gradually takes the place of submissive political culture and it estabishes the foundation for more democratic political culture.
