社会主义市场经济和高等教育改革的发展,使传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻的挑战。本文从分析新形势下高校面临的形势、问题、高校依法管理的现状出发,指出新形势下高校学生管理工作应树立以人为本、依法治校的管理理念,与时俱进,改革和创新高校学生管理工作。

The development of the socialist market economy and reform of higher education make traditional college student management face stem challenge, This paper is analysing under new situation ,what colleges face and the present situation that college manages in accordance with law, and points out new college student management work should set up people - oriented,and management con- cept and keep pace with the times.
