高校档案工作树立“管理+经营”理念新探

How to Build up the New Conception of "Managing plus Conducting" as the Collegial File Clerk

本文从高校档案工作者面临市场经济挑战,如何提高档案管理水平,正确处理丰富馆藏与优化馆藏的关系,加强档案鉴定工作,强化服务意识,拓宽档案服务领域,提高档案人员素质等方面做了论述,提出了高校档案工作人员应树立“管理+经营”的新理念,变被动服务为主动服务,以适应学校改革发展的新形势。

This paper has some discussions on the efficiency and significance on the file work in the following aspects ：the challenge of market economy which the file clerks confront, how to improve the level of file management, reasonably dealing with the connections between accumulating filing resources and optimizing filing resources, and strengthening the file identification, intensifying the service consciousness,widening the field of filing work,enhancing the qualities of file clerks ,etc. So it brings up a new conception that university file clerks should build up concept of mananing plus conducting, putting active serving into operation instead of passive serving. According to them,file work will be conformed to the new situation of collegial reform and development.
