对外贸易风险成本主要是由于国家或企业在贸易中的不适宜行为而引起的相关成本。它不仅仅局限于进出口贸易中的某些行业和产品,而且涉及到各个行业和各种产品。本文以煤炭和石油为例,分析了净出口品与净进口品的对外贸易风险成本问题,以及我国现阶段重要商品对外贸易风险成本的主要表现形式。

It not only involves certain industries and products related to import-export trade, but also all industries and all products. Takeing the coal and the petroleum as an example, this paper explains the venture Cost of net imports and net exports, and analyzes the main manifesta- tion of the venture cost in our country.
