摘要
个体主义与集体主义是价值观的核心问题,因而对管理文化也有着多方面的影响。本文首先分析了中国学者对中国家族文化与社会生活的个人主义倾向的论述,然后通过对中美的个人主义与个体主义、中日的家族主义与集团主义的比较,探讨了个体主义—集体主义作为管理文化对中、美、日组织行为的影响,目的是使中国企业能够更好地运用中国传统的价值观念取得管理的成功。
Individualism vs. collectivism is in the core of a nation's value system, thus influences many aspects of organization behavior. This paper defines the society of China as a combined structure with both clanism and personalism based on the studies of Chinese scholars. Compared with the individualism in America and the communitarianism in Japan, it ends with the discussion of the influences of IC on the organization behavior of the three nations. It aims to guide Chinese enterprises' management to success through deeper understanding of Chinese traditional values.
