Study of quality standards on Qianshan Huoxue plaster

目的：建立千山活血膏的鉴别及含量测定方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别三七、血竭，HPLC测定三七中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。结果：人参皂苷Rg1在0．1539-1．026μg线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．5％。RSD为2．1％。结论：该方法简便易行，重复性好。

Objective：To establish the methods of identification and assay in Qianshan Huoxue Gao. Method： Using TLC to identify Sanchi, Dragong Blood and using HPLC to determine the content of ginsenoside Rgl. Result： The linear range of ginsenoside Rglwas from 0.1539 to 1. 026 μg. The average recovery was 97. 4%, RSD was 2. 1%. Conclusion： The methods are simple and have good reproducibility.
