摘要
目的:探讨大学生内在的心理适应水平与外显的社会适应状况的差异。方法:使用总体幸福感量表及自编社会适应性问卷,对198名大一学生进行自评与他评相结合的心理适应状况及社会适应状况的调查。结果:大一学生社会适应他评问卷主要包括人际关系、校园生活、学业状况3个因素,其内部一致性信度分别为:Cronbachalpha=0.82、0.87、0.90,重测信度r=0.73(P<0.01)。除人际关系因素与心理适应有较低的相关外(r=0.32,P<0.05),其余2个因素与心理适应均无显著相关。结论:大一学生的心理适应状况与社会适应状况表现出一定程度的分离现象。
Objective: To explore the differences between the internal social adaptation and external social behaviors of freshmen. Methods: Make a survey of 198 freshmen on the internal adaptation and external by General Well - Being Schedule and Undergraduate Social Adaptation Questionnaires. Results: Freshmen' social adaptation mainly involves three factors : interpersonal communication, the state of campus life and performance of studies. The Cronbach alpha of 3 factors were 0. 82, 0. 87 and 0.90, and the re-test reliability was r = 0. 73 ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was low correlation between interpersonal communication and internal adaptation ( r = 0. 32, P 〈 0. 05 ), and no significant relations between internal adaptation and the other two factors. Conclusion: freshmen's internal adaptation does not accord with their external adaptation.
