摘要 目的:观察叠氮钠对原代培养大鼠心肌细胞活力的影响。方法:研究不同浓度叠氮钠在不同时间内对原代培养的大鼠心肌细胞活力的影响。结果:叠氮钠对心肌细胞活力的抑制作用随浓度增加以及作用时间延长明显增加。1 mmol/L叠氮钠孵育细胞3 h,细胞发生可逆的早期凋亡,大于6 h,细胞发生不可逆的死亡。结论:低剂量叠氮钠可诱导原代培养的大鼠心肌细胞发生可逆的早期凋亡。 Objective: To investigate the influence of sodium azide ( NaN3 ) on the viability of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. Methods: Primary cultured cardiomyocytes from 2-day-old Wistar rats were incubated with 0 to 100 mM NaN3 for 0 to18 hours. The cell viability was measured. Results: The inhibitory effect of NaN3 on cardiomyocyte viability was dose-and time-dependent. Cardiomyocytes incubated with 1 mmol/L NaN3 for 3 hours showed an early stage of reversible apoptosis, but when the incubation period 〉 6 hours the apoptosis was irreversible. Conclusion: Low-dose NaN3 may induce early stage of reversible apoptosis in primary cultured rat cardiomyocytes.
