鹅膏蕈的氧化损伤及白藜芦醇的抗损伤作用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨鹅膏蕈的氧化损伤及白藜芦醇的抗损伤作用。方法:将4组SD大鼠分别给予不同剂量的鹅膏覃毒素(腹腔注射),其中2组给予不同剂量的白藜芦醇(腹腔注射)。观察各组染毒后不同阶段的血液生化酶、脏器系数和氧化损伤指标。结果:与空白对照组比较,鹅膏蕈高剂量组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力与丙二醛(MDA)含量变化有显著差异(P<0.05),动物肝脏脏器系数明显增大变化有显著差异(P<0.05),肝脏功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、心肌损伤特异性标志物天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活力水平变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。给予白藜芦醇可减轻指标改变的程度。结论:鹅膏蕈毒素可引起氧化损伤作用,白藜芦醇可减轻这种损害程度。 Objective: To explore the oxidative damage induced by phalloides and the protective effect of white pigweed mellow on the damage. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups ( n = 10 in each group) ,including a control group and 4 experiment groups. The rats from each experiment group was intraperitoneally injected with various dosages of phalloides,and those from 2 of 4 experiment groups were also intraperitoneally injected with white pigweed mellow. The changes of biochemical enzymes, organ index, and index of oxidative damage were measured at different intervals after poisoning. Results: There were significant differences in the acitivity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) , the organ index, and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase between the control group and the group treated with high-dose phalloides ( all P 〈 0. 05). The injection of white pigweed mellow relieved the above changes. Conclusion : Phalloides can induce oxidative damage, which can be reduced by white pigweed mellow.
