妊娠期糖尿病及糖尿病合并妊娠对母婴预后的影响

Effect of blood glucose control on women with gestational diabetes mellitus and overt diabetes with pregnancy and their infants

目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病及糖尿病合并妊娠患者,血糖对妊娠结局的影响及糖尿病类型与母婴并发症的关系。方法:回顾分析1999-2004年60例妊娠期糖尿病,20例1型糖尿病,20例2型糖尿病患者及30例正常产妇的临床资料,观察其妊娠结局。结果:糖尿病孕妇及胎婴儿并发症发生率明显高于正常孕妇,且随血糖升高而增加。同类型的糖尿病孕妇及胎婴儿并发症的发生几率不全一致。结论:加强糖尿病孕妇血糖控制是减少母婴并发症的有效手段,不同类型的糖尿病,应给予不同的治疗建议以改善母儿预后。

Objective： To investigate the effect of blood glucose control on women with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and overt diabetes with pregnancy and their infants, and to explore the relationship between the incidence of maternal and infant complications and diabetes meUitus （DM） types. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 60 cases of GDM, 20 cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus （T1DM）, 20 cases of type 2 diabetes meUitus （T2DM）, and 30 cases of normal pregnancy. Results： The incidence of maternal and infant complications in DM pregnant women and their infants was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women and their infants, and the incidence increased with the blood glucose level. The incidence of maternal and infant complications was different among GDM, T1DM, and T2DM. Conclusion： The blood glucose control in the pregnant women is essential for reducing the incidence of maternal and fetal complications. The treatment should be adjusted according to the DM types.
