摘要
用激光解吸离子化傅里叶变换质谱法(LDI/FTMS)分析了微生物聚酯,即聚羟基丁酸酯和聚羟基链烷酸酯。用二氧化碳激光器(10.6μm)使样品裂解和离子化。所得质谱由一系列聚合物碎片离子所组成,m/z延续至3000以上。同时,用MS/MS技术确证了样品的结构。
The microbial polyesters, polyhydroxybutyrate and poly hydroxyalkanoate,were analyzed by using laser desorption ionization/Fourier transform mass spectrometry.A CO_2 laser(10. 6μm)was used to ablate and ionize the samples.The mass spectra showed a series of polymer fragments extending to m/z 3000.MS/MS techniques,were used to comfirm the structures of the samples.
