微生物聚酯的红外激光解吸离子化质谱分析

IR LDI/MS Analysis of Microbial Polyester

用激光解吸离子化傅里叶变换质谱法（ＬＤＩ／ＦＴＭＳ）分析了微生物聚酯，即聚羟基丁酸酯和聚羟基链烷酸酯。用二氧化碳激光器（１０．６μｍ）使样品裂解和离子化。所得质谱由一系列聚合物碎片离子所组成，ｍ／ｚ延续至３０００以上。同时，用ＭＳ／ＭＳ技术确证了样品的结构。

The microbial polyesters, polyhydroxybutyrate and poly hydroxyalkanoate,were analyzed by using laser desorption ionization/Fourier transform mass spectrometry.A CO_2 laser(10. 6μm)was used to ablate and ionize the samples.The mass spectra showed a series of polymer fragments extending to m/z 3000.MS/MS techniques,were used to comfirm the structures of the samples.
