人参细胞培养物中超氧化物歧化酶的活力测定

Activity Assay of Superoxide Dismutase in Culture Medium of Ginseng Cells

测定了不同培养期的人参细胞培养物（ＣＭＧＣ）中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的活力。实验表明：不同培养期ＣＭＧＣ中ＳＯＤ的活力不同。培养２１ｄ的样品中单位鲜重酶活力单位和蛋白质含量均为最高。

The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)of culture medium of ginseng cells(CMGC) at different culture time were determined.The experiments showed that it had the variation of SOD activity at different culture time(day) of culture.Both the enzyme activity in per gram fresh CMGC and protein content were the highest in sample cultured for 2 1days.Thus,the result could be provided as a basis for determination of culture time and availability of CMGC.
