摘要 讨论了利用重力场流分离中药的可行性,并利用重力场流分离方法对牛黄清肺散进行了分离实验,用光学显微镜及CCD摄像头评定分离效果。结果表明,根据被分离的牛黄清肺散样本中各成分粒径和密度的不同,重力场流分离技术按牛黄清肺散样本中各成分的粒径及密度的不同完成了分离。分离后半径方差为0.432。为中药的分析、分离及提纯提供了一种可行的方法。 This paper discusses the feasibility of Chinese traditional medicine separation using gravitational field-flow fractionation. Niuhuangqingfeisan was separated and the separation effect was assessed using optical microscope and CCD. The results show that gravitational field-flow fractionation completed successfully the separation of Niuhuangqingfeisan according to radius and density of the particulates. The standard deviation of radius is 0. 432 after the separation. It presents a feasible method for analysis, separation and purification of Chinese traditional medicine.
