Analyzes the regional development preponderance of Shenyang city through the economic geographical position, industrial foundation and economic scale etc. It makes clear-up the strategic position of Shenyang as a center city.; introduces the present situation and the existing problems of Mechanical industry and according to these, it analyzes its development. It begins from four parts, namely, analysis of advantages、disadvantages、opportunities and challenges. Finally it puts forward some countermeasures aimed at the problems.
