小城镇土地集约利用研究——以重庆江津市小城镇为例

A study on land intensive utilization in towns——A case of Jiangjin City

小城镇建设已经成为中国社会经济发展的一个大战略,加快小城镇建设有利于保证社会稳定、经济繁荣、农民增收,有利于统筹城乡经济社会关系;通过构建小城镇土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用“熵”值法确定各参评指标权重,得到小城镇的土地集约度,探讨小城镇土地集约利用的现状及形成土地集约利用水平差异的原因。

The acceleration of the construction of the towns in China is benefit for the stability of the society, the prosperity of the economy, the elevation of the income of the peasants, and also benefit to plan the economical and social relationship between the urban and the rural as a whole. Now, the construction of the towns has been a crucial strategy for the development of economy and society of China. By using the method of ＂Entropy＂to get the weightings of the indexes, the author has set up the index system for assessing the land intensive utilization, and has worked out the degrees of the land intensive utilization for the towns. The author has also investigated both the current situation of land intensive utilization and the reasons for the differences between the towns about the land intensive utilization.
