摘要
建立醋氯芬酸体外离体经皮释放检测方法,采用改进型Franz扩散装置用鼠皮筛选了几种典型渗透促进剂:月桂氮革酮(Azone),1,2-丙二醇,油酸,乙酸。采用球面对称设计,对四种促进剂的配伍、作用浓度进行了研究,结果表明:促进剂合用对醋氯芬酸的透皮吸收具有协同作用,比单一促进剂有效,研究了以聚乙二醇为基质的醋氯芬酸软膏,制备了具有良好的经皮吸收性能的软膏。
Percuteneous absorption of aceclofenac was studied by spherical experimental design. It was suggested that the enhancer composed by azone, ethanol, oleic acid, and propylene glycol was better than any single one in increasing the percutaneous absorption rate of aceclofenac.
