摘要
渝西地区地处四川盆地东部,地貌类型以中山、低山、丘陵、台地、平原为主,地势平坦,地处中亚热带湿润季风气候区,气候温和,降水丰富;预测2030年渝西地区总需水量为44.67亿m3,水资源总量大于总需求量,但是水资源的时空分布不合理,对水资源的不恰当的利用方式造成该地区水资源供需巨大矛盾;实现渝西地区水资源的可持续发展已经成为渝西地区城市、经济发展的必须解决的问题。
The area of West Chongqing district lies in the east of Sichuan basin. Its physiognomy mainly consists of mesas, middle mountains, low mountains, knaps and plains. It is in semitropical humid monsoon climate region, with a moderate climate and abundant precipitation. This article predicts that by 2030 the aggregate demand for water in Yuxi area would be 4.467 billion m^3 and the total water supply surpasses the demand.However, the temporal & spatial distribution of water resource in the area is not reasonable and furthermore, the irrational way of utilizing the water of mankind triggers a series of problems in the equilibrium of demand & supply of water resources in this region. How to pursue a sustainable way in the utilization of water resource becomes a must-be-resolved issue in the economic & uban development of yuxi area.
