介绍了一种简便、快捷的检测烟曲霉震颤素Ｂ的高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）检测方法，用三氯甲烷提取后直接进样，方法检出限为１．５～２．０ｐｇ，在２．５～４００ｐｇ范围内线性良好，方法回收率为８４．４％～１０９．３％
one-stepliquidchromatographic(LC)methodisdescribedfordeterminingfumitremorginB(FTB),ametaboliteofAspergilusfumigatus,incorn.Themycotoxinisextractedwithchloroformatroomtem-peratureforonehour.Afterfiltratedthrougha0.45μmfilter,samplesareappliedtoareversephaseLCdi-rectly.FTBisdetecedatUV225nmandelutedwithagradientmobilephasesof10%MeOH-H2Oand90%MeOH-H2OfromareversephaseC18column(4mm×250mm).TheretentiontimeofFTBwasabout9.00min.Usingamodifiedprocedure,aslittleas1.5～2.0pgofFTBcanbedetected,withalinearresponseuptoatleast400pginjected.Byone-stepextractionprocedure,goodrecoveries(average109.3%,84.4%,84.8%and88.9%of500pg/g,1ng/g,10ng/gand20ng/gcornspikingFTB,respectively)ofFTBfromgroundedcornin500pg/g～20ng/gweregeneralyobtained.Thelimitofdetectionoftheoveralmethodwasabout400pg/g.
