摘要
研究了SiC基泡沫陶瓷的载体软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的表面处理对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响。选用不同浓度的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)溶液作为表面活化剂。研究结果表明,活化液浓度太高或太低,泡沫陶瓷的强度都不高。PEI既是活化剂,本身又是有机物,浓度小了不能达到良好的活化效果,浓度过大又会由于引入大量的有机物,使坯体烧结过程中有机物挥发阶段发气剧烈,使得坯体开裂,影响陶瓷体的强度。最佳的活化浓度下活化2h泡沫陶瓷的抗压强度为未活化的3倍。
The effect of surface treatment of the polyurethane foam carrier for silicon carbide ceramic foam on the compression strength of the ceramic foam was researched. Polyethyleneimine solution with different concentration was used as activation reagent. The experimental results show that the maximum compression strength of the ceramic foam is obtained when the sample is pre-treated using C3% PEI to activate it for 2 h. The reason is that the lower concentration of polyethyleneimine solution cannot get the valid activation and the excessive one will make the ceramic body cracking resulting from a lot of organic matter combustion.
