摘要
通过硬度测试、透射电镜图像和X射线衍射图谱分析,研究了6063铝合金在压缩变形过程中的显微组织和性能变化。结果表明:在压缩变形初期,6063铝合金在过饱和态,峰时效态和过时效态的硬度均呈近似直线上升,它们的硬化能力按下列顺序降低:峰时效、过饱和态、过时效。出现硬度下降后,压缩率则按上列顺序增大。强塑性变形过程中出现析出相析出和回溶有利于降低加工硬化引起的脆性。
The changes of microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy subjected to compression deformation were investigated by hardness measurement and transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction pattern analysis. In the early stage of deformation, it was found that hardness of 6063 Al alloy in peak ageing state and supersaturated state and over ageing state increase with a linear manner.Their work-hardening capacities decrease as following order: peak ageing state, supersaturated state and over ageing state, but the compressibility is in the reverse order when the hardness begin fall off. It is proposed that the precipitate and re-dissolution of precipitated phase during severe plastic deformation could reduce the brittleness caused by work hardening.
