摘要
为了实现森吉米尔中间辊淬火过程的虚拟生产,运用非线性有限元法进行其淬火温度场的数值模拟。建立轴对称瞬态无内热源温度场的变分方程,基于示差扫描量热实验,采用热焓法对相变潜热进行处理,得到更准确的模拟结果,并通过硬度测试和金相分析验证了模拟的准确性和可靠性。
In order to realize the virtual quenching process of Sendzimir Mill intermediate roll, the temperature field in the roll during quenching process was numerically simulated using nonlinear FEM. The axis-symmetric and transient difference equation of temperature field without inner heat resource was set up by means of thermal enthalpy method based on differential scanning calorimeter experiment. The simulation result is confirmed by hardness test and metallographic analysis.
