The Definition of Higher Educational Environment in the Field of Higher Education

依据环境的本体涵义,从不同的中心或主体视角出发,会得出不同的环境概念、环境范围和环境与系统边界。从高等教育学学科视角出发,高等教育的环境就是指和高等教育系统有直接或间接的物质、能量和信息交换的所有高等教育系统以外的系统总和。它包括国际环境和国内环境两部分,前者包括国际政治环境、国际经济环境、国际文化环境和国际高等教育环境等;后者包括经济环境、政治环境、文化环境、基础教育环境和自然环境等。

According to the basic meaning of environment, its concept, scope and system border are different from different objects and views. From the view of higher education, higher educational environment can be defined as the system synthesis outside the system of higher education, which directly or indirectly exchanges the material, energy and information with the higher educational system and contains two parts： international environment and domestic environment.
