头孢克肟治疗小儿呼吸道感染

Clinical efficacy of cefixime in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection

目的探讨头孢克肟和头孢克洛治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将60例呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别口服头孢克肟颗粒剂(1.5～3mg/kg,tid)和头孢克洛干混悬剂(20mg/kg,tid),比较两者的疗效和安全性。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%和80.0%,细菌清除率分别为80.8%和64.0%,不良反应两组无统计学差异。结论头孢克肟治疗小儿呼吸道感染效果佳,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cefixime and cefaclor in the treatment of respiratory tract infection in children. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups： trial group （A） received cefixime granules （1.5 -3mg/kg, rid）; control group （B） received cefaclor for suspension （20mg/kg, rid）. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Result The effective rate of group A （90.0%） was higher than that of group B （80.0%）, so was the bacterial clearance rate （80.8% vs 64.0% ）. There was no significant difference of the rate of adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Cefixime was better than cefaclor in the treatment of respiratory tract infections of children.
