摘要 在简述线型高分子量聚苯硫醚合成方法及其机理研究的基础上,归纳了纤维级聚苯硫醚合成的影响因素;从分子结构的角度出发,介绍了聚苯硫醚的化学改性途径;着重阐述了聚苯硫醚纤维的制备及其共混改性的最新研究进展,并对国内外的研究现状进行了评述。 In this article, the methods and mechanism of a linear and high molecular weight polyphenylene sulfide synthesis are summarized, and the factors that affect the fiber-grade polyphenylene sulfide synthesis are pointed out. From the point of molecular structure, the paper presents the chemical modification methods of polyphenylene sulfide. Moreover, the recent advance in the research of manufacturing techniques and blends modification of polyphenylene sulfide fiber are introduced in detail, and its present development situation at home and abroad is also discussed.
