摘要
介绍了柔性色素增感太阳能电池的结构、原理、特点及现状,并对各个组成部分:柔性基板(PET和PEN)、透明导电薄膜及电极材料(Ti O2和ZnO)进行了综述,重点介绍了纳米Ti O2多孔薄膜电极材料的各种低温制备方法。比较各种低温Ti O2薄膜制备方法得出胶体涂膜直接低温烧结法较好。该方法简单便捷,效率较高,适合产业化滚筒生产。
This article introduces the structure, principle, characteristics and status of flexible dye-sensitized solar cell, summarizes its fiexible substrate(PET and PEN), transparent conducting film(ITO, PANI and FTO)and electrode(TiO2 and ZnO), and mainly introduces fabrication methods of nano-TiO2 porous film in low temperature. Comparing different low-temperature fabrication methods of nano-TiO2 porous film, annealing method of colloid spreaded directly in low temperature is the best. The method is simple and convenient, which has higher efficiency, and can adapt to industrilized roller manufacture.
