头体针治疗缺血性中风临床疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Scalp Acupuncture and Acupuncture at Points on the Limbson Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察头针结合体针治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组采用头针结合体针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,以神经功能缺损程度评分和生活能力恢复进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组愈显率80%,对照组愈显率62%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:头针结合体针治疗缺血性中风疗效优于单纯体针组。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture and acupuncture at points on the limbs on isehemie stroke. Methods：One hundred cases were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n =50） and a control group （ n = 50）. The treatment group was treated by scalp acupuncture and acupuncture at points on the limbs, and the control group was treated by acupuncture at points on the limbs only. The scores of neurological defeet and the scores of life self - care ability were investigated before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 62% in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture and acupuncture at points on the limbs is superior to the simple acupuncture at points on the limbs of ischemic stroke.
