摘要
本文运用定性与定量分析、统计资料和抽样调查结果相结合的方法,从经济学的角度分析区域社会经济的发展与人才竞争力的关系,提出了用于评价区域人才竞争力的兼顾当前与未来,基础与提高,既有普遍意义,又能突出北京特色的区域人才竞争力评价指标体系,为评价首都地区各区县人才竞争力的客观现状提供依据。
