摘要
企业资源与能力分析的一个中心问题是如何组织纵向链条。本文研究价值链、供应链、产业链三条纵向链条的关系,并在此基础上,以三个链条为基础,阐述企业资源与能力的分析框架。
The center problem tion among three vertical chains chains, the paper discuss the frame of an enterprise is how to organize vertical chains. This paper discuss the relavalue chain, supply chain, and industry chain. Based on these three vertical to analyze the resources and competence of an enterprise.
