摘要
本文从农民工退保现象谈起,分析了农民工退保的原因,指出了我国现行城镇养老保险存在的制度缺陷,并从养老保险的缴费、养老保险关系的转移接续、个人帐户功能的拓展和配套制度的完善几大方面谈如何改革面向农民工的养老保险以弥补现行制度的缺陷。
Based on the phenomenon of retreating from the urban endowment insurance system which migrant rural workers have taken part in, the author analyzes the reasons of the phenomenon, opens out the defects of the current urban endowment insurance system and discusses how to improve the system to make up these defects.
