摘要
新时期未成年人思想道德教育领域出现了一些新问题,使未成年人思想道德建设的任务和内容发生了变化,而创新未成年人思想道德考核的指标体系和监测手段则成为改进工作的重要一环。在界定未成年人思想道德监测网络基本理论的基础上,分析构建监测网络的空间布局、组织机构、运作机制、预警机制和监测方法等,可以促进新时期未成年人思想道德教育工作。
New problems have emerged in recent years in the field of mentality and morality education for adolescents and therefore the tasks and contents related to the reconstruction of mentality and morality education have somewhat changed. Thus, the innovation upon indicator system and monitoring method is of great significance to improving levels of mentality and morality of young people. Based on elementary theory of monitoring network, relevant elements such as the spatial layout, organizations, operational mechanism, early warning mechanism and monitoring methods are analyzed in the paper.
