利用国家疾病监测信息管理系统开展手足口病监测报告

Surveillance in the hand-foot-mouth disease based on National Disease Supervision Information Management System

目的探讨手足口病的流行病学特征和开展威海市手足口病流行病学本底资料调查。方法利用国家疾病监测信息管理系统,按《威海市手足口病监测方案》要求开展监测报告。结果手足口病是威海市儿童中发病率较高的一种传染病,5岁及以下儿童发病率达1000/10万以上,在托幼机构易引起暴发,有明显的夏季高峰。结论国家疾病监测信息管理系统是有效的疾病监测工作平台,利用它可以快速开展当地非法定传染病监测,并总结出威海市手足口病流行病学特点。

Objective The present study was designed to get an insight into the epidemiological characteristics and investigate the baseline data about epidemiology of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Based on the requirement of supervision program of hand-foot-mouth disease, surveillance and report was done by national disease supervision information management system. Results It was found hand-foot-mouth disease is one of infectious diseases with relative high incidence. The incidence of Children aged 5 and less than 5 was higher than 1000/10 and those who stay at nursery and kindergarten were susceptible to the disease, with obvious peak season in summer. Conclusion National Disease Supervision Information Management System is an effective WorkPlatform of disease surveillance to make surveillance in non-notifiable infectious diseases in local area rapidly and to conclude the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Weihai city.
