企业的生存能力再造,主要体现在企业标准行为建设和企业的优势建设两个方面。本文通过行为分析方法阐述了人类行为中存在的理性自利、追求与行为的不稳定性特点,为企业生存能力再造提供了必要的行为依据;通过对企业生存能力再造的系统分析,提出了企业的最终约束决定行为传递,而有效的行为传递又决定企业生存能力再造的观点。只有企业投资者理性自利的本质才能成为最终约束,而国家投资是不具备最终约束的。这是导致公有制企业生存能力再造的真正障碍。

The functioning ability of enterprise is obtained through the continuous management combination, so the functioning construction of an enterprise is the reestablishment of survival capability. The management as an existence of binding realizes the effective transfer of leaders＇ will. Since human＇s will is subject to various factors and unstable, so there must be a stable source for the effective functioning transfer and we call it the final binding. The instinct to seek the return for investment of the investors from the private enterprise is the ideal final binding, so as to ensure the integrity of the reestablishment flow of enterprise＇s survival capability while the public enterprise has no such important binding and this results in the reestablishment barrier for enterprise＇s survival capability.
