国际贸易摩擦的增加成为影响中国对外贸易的重要问题。中欧贸易摩擦具有数量不断增多,范围逐渐扩散,形式日趋多样等特点。导致中欧贸易摩擦,既有国际贸易环境的原因,也有欧盟和中国各自不同的利益冲突和社会制度等原因。未来中欧贸易摩擦将呈现数量持续增长、花样翻新、涉及领域逐级扩散的态势,但和平磋商仍将是未来解决贸易争端的主要途径。为了减少贸易摩擦,保护我国企业利益,我国应不断完善市场机制,建立健全贸易救济体系和预警机制,为贸易企业提供全面的国际贸易咨询服务等。

Trade dispute have become a big problem in China＇s international trade. This article analyses the quantity, the spreading, and diversifying feature, and the causes originated from the international trade environment, the EU and China, the future trend of the Sino- EU trade disputes, namely, the increasing , spreading tendency and peaceful solution. From the chinese side, we should improve the market mechanisms, establish the alarming and trade remedy system and the government need to provide comprehensive consultation services to chinese enterprises.
