Some Reflections on Strengthening the Construction of Campus Culture

高校校园文化是高校师生创造的物质形态的文化和观念形态文化的总和,具有多元性、创新性、包容性和前瞻性。当前高校校园文化建设存在的主要问题是:价值多元化的负面影响;重物质文化而轻观念文化;文化建设趋同,缺乏个性;重学生轻教工等。加强校园文化建设应坚持正确的政治导向,充分发挥师生员工的主体作用,把观念文化建设放在优先地位,突出各高校校园文化建设的个性特色。

Campus culture is the summation of the culture, and the concept form culture of the material form created by college teachers and students, which have the nature of variety, innovation, containing nature and foresightness. The main questions that exist in the construction of campus culture are ： the negative influence of value variety ; paying attention to material culture but making light of spiritual culture; the similar tendency of culture construction and being short of individuality; paying attention to students but making light of teaching workers. For strengthening the construction of campus culture it is necessary to adhere to the correct politic orientation; fully develop the main part of the teachers, students, staff members and workers; put the construction of the idea culture to the first place and extrude the individual feature of the campus culture construction of various colleges and universities.
