论高层次人才管理中的心理学问题

On Psychological Issues in High-level Talents Administration

摘要 高层次人才是当前人才队伍建设的重点。文章从提高认识、重视高层次人才队伍建设,关注高层次人才的需要,促进高层次人才设置恰当的目标,促进高层次人才进行合理归因,了解高层次人才的个性等方面,分析了高层次人才管理中的几个心理学问题。 The current construction of personnel ranks focuses on high-level talents. The paper analyzes several psychological issues in high-level talents administration, including increasing knowledge, attaching importance to the construction of high-level talents ranks, paying close attention to the needs of high-level talents, helping high-level talents set reasonable goals and attribute rationally, and finding out the personality of high-level talents.
