摘要 随钻测量是井眼轨迹监测与控制中的一项关键技术。气体钻井技术的推广应用为电磁随钻测量(EM- MWD)技术带来了有利的发展契机和空间。此外,由于EM-MWD系统的投资和服务费用低廉,所以在浅层油气资源开发方面也具有良好的应用前景。系统地介绍了EM-MWD技术的国内外现状、现场试验及应用情况、应用前景及发展趋势,提出了未来EM-MWD技术的主要攻关方向:增加EM-MWD系统的有效测量深度、稳定性、可靠性和井下连续工作时间;进一步拓展测量功能并实现地面与井下以及井下短程的双向通信,进而形成基于电磁信号通信的导向钻井系统。 Measurement while drilling is one of key technologies for monitoring and controlling well trajectory. The popularized application of air drilling provides the technology of electromagnetic measurement-whiledrilling (EM-MWD) with a great development opportunity and room. Moreover, EM-MWD technology has good prospects in developing shallow oil and gas resources due to its low-cost investment and service charge. This article systematically introduces EM-MWD technology in aspects of its developments, field tests, applications, improvements and prospects. In addition, this article brings forward its key trends are to improve its elfectivemeasuring depth, stability, reliability, and continuous working hours, and to expand its measuring functions further more and realize two way communication between the downhole module and surface one that is based on to achieve a new generation of steerable drilling systems.
