摘要
在高压分层挤注过程中,井下管柱由于承受巨大的轴向力而产生轴向蠕动,容易引起封隔器的解封或破坏,导致注水失败。目前,对井下管柱受力和伸缩蠕动的研究主要集中在理论分析上,而对其实际工作状态的检测研究还不够深入。因此,设计了一种测试井下温度、压力、管柱所承受轴向力及其伸缩蠕动等状态参数的井下管柱状态检测系统。论述了该系统的整体构成和基本工作原理,提出了一种新的位移测量方法;基于试验数据,对该系统的测试精度进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出了改进方案。
In the process of pushing high-pressure water into wells, the downhole strings may creep, and thus cause packers broken and failed water injection. At present, researches on forces exerted on downhole strings and string creeps are still mainly concentrated in theoretical analysis, but the real detection to strings hasn't been studied enough, Therefore, it is necessary to design an examination system to detect and record the stretching force and creeping displacement of downhole stings as well as the temperature and pressure of fluid around downhole stings. In addition, this paper discusses structures and mechanisms of the examination system, and brings forward a new displacement measurement method. Based on test data, its examination accuracy is analyzed, Finally, this paper presents improvement proposals to existing defects.
