利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎128例

Cholagogue Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis: Therapeutic Effect Observation of 128 Cases

目的为了观察利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法采用自拟利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎128例,6周为1疗程,随访1年。结果治愈38例,显效67例,有效17例,无效6例,总有效率为95.3%。结论利胆汤对慢性胆囊炎有良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of cholagogue decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods： 128 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients were treated with self- made cholagogue decoction, 6 weeks as a course of treatment, with 1 year follow - up. Results： 38 cases healing well, 67 cases excellence, 17 cases effective, and 6 cases ineffective. The total effective rote was 95.3%. Conclusion： Cholagogue decoction has a favorable effect on chronic cholecystitis.
