VitB_6 Zu Sanli Acupoint Block: Clinical Observation of Preventing Digestive Tract Reaction during Chemotherapy

目的评价VitB6足三里穴位封闭预防化疗所致消化道反应的疗效。方法将入选117例患者,按治疗方法随机分为三组,A组:足三里穴位封闭;B组:昂丹司琼静脉点滴加穴位封闭;C组:昂丹司琼静脉点滴。结果三组治疗效果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论VitB6足三里穴位封闭是一种疗效可靠且价格低廉的预防化疗所致消化道反应的治疗方法。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of VitB6 Zu Sanli acupoint block for the prevention of digestive tract reaction during chemotherapy. Methods： The selected 117 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, Group A： Zu Sanli acupoint block; Group B ： Intravenous injection of Ondansetron ＋ acupoint block ; Group C：Intravenous injection of Ondansetron. Results： There was no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the 3 groups. Conclusion： VitB6 Zu Sanli acupoint block is a effective and cheap approach for the prevention of digestive tract reaction during chemotherapy.
