摘要
介绍了一副上下模弹性退料的倒装式复合冲裁模,该模具集中了正装式和倒装式复合冲裁模的优点,使有平面度要求的多小孔薄件在倒装式复合冲裁模中得到成功加工。另外在弹性退料装置中将卸料螺钉改用为定高套加内六角螺钉装置,使模具在装配和维修时得到了方便。
Compound blanking die with elastic discharging device was introduced. The die integrated the advantage of both normal install and inversion install compound blanking die. Parts with numerous small holes and planarity requirement were successfully manufactured by this die. In addition, application of bolt of height-fixed bushing and inner six corners in the elastic discharging device made die installation and maintenance easier.
